Though it is really difficult to acknowledge the situation in which you are going through extremely difficult symptoms, but you have to do it to cure yourself altogether. There are times when you would feel like you are about to have a heart attack as the symptoms of panic attacks are really strong. But if you want to treat the condition, you must accept what is happening.
But if you begin to feel that death is moving closer you and you know no route to run away, you’ll not feel improved.
Have faith inYourself
Have faith on yourself. If you give up your goal, you’ll never succeed. With the failure of all the anxiety cures used, you must not give up hope.
